Privacy policy - Add-Clock

1. Basic Policy

In order to maximize public confidence in its business, and in recognition of the importance of data protection, Add-doc (hereinafter referred to as the "Vendor") shall comply with the Act of Protection of Personal Information and other related laws and regulations, handle Personal Information appropriately and disclose our privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy").

2. Scope of Application

This Privacy Policy applies to Users who use the Vendor's services through the Vendor's app "Add-Clock" (hereinafter referred to as the "Services").

3. Definition of Personal Information

"Personal Information" shall mean information about a customer, such as User or purchaser of the Vendor's products, which can be used to identify the specific individual by name, date of birth, telephone number or other description contained in such information (including information that allows to easily reference other data resulting in the identification of the specific individual).

4. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

To identify a user of the Services, whether this user is a company or a worker, link a company and its workers and communicate a worker's use of the Services to his/her company, the Vendor needs knowledge of a defined set of Personal Information:

the ID number, the phone number, the email address, the name and surname, the user's location at specific times in the case of a worker;
the VAT Registration Number, the company name, the address, the phone number and the email address in the case of a company.

5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Vendor will share the Personal Information of a worker with the linked company.
Additionally, the Vendor will share the Personal Information of a company with its workers.
The Vendor will not provide the user's Personal Information to any other third party.

6. Contact

The Vendor will respond to inquiries regarding disclosures or amendments of Personal Information (including definitive deletion of the user's data) in accordance with regulatory laws at the following contact. [info@add-doc.com]

7. Updating the Privacy Policy

The Vendor may update this Privacy Policy as necessary. In the event Users use the Services after the Privacy Policy has been updated, such Users shall be deemed to have consented to the updated Privacy Policy; therefore, please read and confirm the content hereof carefully.
